Questions hospitals ask
Hospital virtual tour FAQs
How much does a hospital virtual tour cost in Saudi Arabia?
A Matterport virtual tour of a clinic or medical centre from H&H Technology starts from SAR 3,000, and publishing it to Google Street View starts from SAR 1,000 per location. Full hospitals are quoted per project based on floor area, departments and the number of branches. Prices exclude VAT.
How long does it take to scan a hospital?
A clinic is usually scanned in a few hours. A hospital is scanned in planned sessions around your operations. Typical tours go live within 24 to 72 hours of the scan, and large hospitals within 3 to 5 business days.
Will patients appear in the tour?
No. We scan when areas are quiet, agree the route with your team in advance, and leave out restricted and clinical areas unless you ask for them. You review the tour before anything is published.
Can the tour appear on Google Maps?
Yes. We publish the same capture to Google Street View so it shows on your hospital's Google Maps and Search listing, as we did for Fakeeh Executive Clinic.
Is a hospital virtual tour the same as a virtual hospital?
No. A virtual hospital, such as the Ministry of Health's SEHA Virtual Hospital, delivers remote care through telemedicine. A hospital virtual tour is a 3D walkthrough of a physical hospital building that patients can explore online.
Which cities do you cover?
We are based in Jeddah and capture hospitals and clinics in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jizan, Najran, Tabuk and across the GCC.
Can the tour have Arabic and English labels?
Yes. Department names and information points inside the tour can be added in Arabic and English, and the tour works on phones, tablets and desktops with no app.
